  1. The “18 Infamous Hole” paintings must stay together as a unified collection and never be broken up and sold off individually.

  2. The 18 must be made available to be viewed by the public at least 90 days every 2-3 years for the next 30 years. The ideal situation would be that the “18 Infamous Holes” would be on permanent display in some golf setting or museum.

  3. The copyrights to the paintings are not being sold with the collection (at the asking price) and stay with the painter and his family.

  4.  If there is a charge for admission to view the collection, then a negotiated royalty will be paid to the painter, or his estate, from these admission charges.

  5. You are responsible to pay all applicable sales, use or other taxes required to be paid in connection with the sale and purchase of the Bud Chapman collection.

  6. Bud has agreed to do one more painting for the buyer of the collection (in Bud's style and technique) thus creating a "personalized" infamous hole for the buyer.
